Kids and ponies…what could be more fun? 

 

 

As a credentialed teacher, I bring together my experience working with children and my passion for horses and ponies.  The result is a one-of-a-kind experience for your birthday party or special event.  Happy kids and happy ponies mean a good time for all!

 

The ponies live at a ranch in Ramona, California, and romp and play in a large pasture.  Along with their three horse friends, they rest in the shade in the heat of the day and snuggle together during the cooler Ramona nights.  To meet our pony friends, please visit the Meet The Critters!

Services

 

Li'l Horse Adventures specializes in hand-led pony rides for birthday parties, special events, church festivals and community fundraisers.  The ponies “come to you” for your event, whether the location is your yard or a local park or recreation center.  We are happy to bring the ponies to any area of San Diego County for the same reasonable fee, without increases for mileage or transportation costs.

 

Li'l Horse Adventures believes our ponies deserve the utmost respect, and we educate the children we work with about this important issue.  As a result, please realize that we DO NOT use a “wheel” with our ponies.  For every step the ponies take, an individual handler is right there by their side.   Using the space provided, we can create a riding course in even the smallest of yards!

 

To help make your party/event even more fun for the kids, we can bring a variety of “dress ups” that complement your party theme.  We have cowboy hats, bandanas, tiaras, vests, and all sorts of glittery princess attire!  In addition, your pony friends arrive decorated with color-coordinated streamers and ribbons to match your party.

 

If you’d like to meet us and visit with our ponies “in person,” please drop by the Oceanside Sunset Market, located at Mission and Tremont streets, every Thursday evening year round from 5:00-9:00 p.m.  We’ll be there having lots of fun with the kids! We are located in the Kids Zone near the Pier View Market.

 

 

Helping the Community

 

Li'l Horse Adventures believes in “giving back” to the community.  We’ve worked with Community Interfaith Services, donating pony rides for kids at their annual Volunteer Appreciation Events three years running.  In addition, LHA donated pony ride gift certificates for silent auction events at Canyon View Elementary School and Westview High School, as well as the California School of Law Charity fundraiser.
