Kids and ponies-What could be more fun? Li'l Horse Adventures is your source for quality hand-led pony rides in Chula Vista, La Mesa, Oceanside, Vista, San Marcos, Rancho Bernardo, 4S Ranch, and the greater San Diego area. Li'l Horse Adventures specializes in hand-led pony rides in and around San Diego. Our specialties include birthday parties, special events, church festivals and community fundraisers. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service. From initial contact to the conclusion of your pony party, you can rest assured you and your party guests will receive friendly and professional service. The ponies “come to you” for your event, whether the location is your yard, a local park or a recreation center. Regardless of the physical size of your event space, almost any space provided can be transformed into a magical pony riding experience. We are happy to bring the ponies to any area of San Diego County for the same reasonable fee, without increases for mileage or transportation costs. What makes Li'l Horse Adventures pony rides different? Our approach to hand-led pony rides sets us apart from other pony ride companies. As a credentialed teacher, I bring together my experience working with children and my respect and passion for horses and ponies. I have been a horse owner and equine enthusiast for over 30 years and I have taught in the elementary classroom and the horse camp setting. The result is a one-of-a-kind experience for your birthday party or special event. We provide a safe and relaxed environment, where riders receive basic instruction in "horse sense". We love to interact and answer the various questions children and adults have about these wonderful animals. Li’l Horse Adventures will provide you with a safe, memorable, enjoyable pony ride experience - with gentle and patient, hand-led ponies; supervised at your event. At Li'l Horse Adventures our ponies are family pets and we have the utmost respect for these charming animals. We educate the children we work with through example to communicate this important message. For this reason, we DO NOT use a “wheel” with our ponies. For every step the ponies take, an individual handler is right there by their side. Our ponies are kept in excellent health and receive regular veterinary health check-ups, dental care and hoof maintenance. When they arrive at your party they are well maintained, well-groomed and decorated with colorful ribbons to enhance the party atmosphere. You get more than just hand-led ponies!!!To help make your party even more fun for the kids, we offer a complimentary costume trunk with a variety of “dress ups” that complement your party theme. We have cowboy hats, bandanas, tiaras, vests, and all sorts of glittery princess attire! Costumes are offered for children up to 6 years, with accessories for older kids. Complimentary hands-on, grooming time is also available for parties of 10 or less. Saddles are removed for the last 15-20 minutes of the party and children are encouraged to pet, groom and interact with the ponies. We provide grooming tools and colorful hair accessories and assist the children in learning how to groom and move safely around the ponies. Children and adults are welcome to interact with these adorable animals. No one is too old to enjoy a little grooming time. The market hours are 5-9pm year round. We’ll be there having lots of fun with the kids! We are located in the Kids Zone near the Pier View Market. We look forward to meeting you!!
